Terms of Service
Effective 10 August 2026 · Bapla Studio (“we”, “us”), operator of the Envola service.
These Terms govern your use of Envola, a tool that schedules and publishes content to third-party social media platforms on your behalf and collects performance metrics for the content you publish. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Envola lets you connect accounts you control on Instagram, Threads, YouTube and TikTok, upload media, compose posts, publish immediately or on a schedule, and view metrics that the platforms report for your content. The service is currently provided by invitation, on a private basis, and is offered “as is”.
2. Your account
- Access is provided to specific individuals. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must be authorised to manage each social media account you connect.
- You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
3. Third-party platforms
Envola acts on your behalf through the official APIs of Instagram, Threads, YouTube and TikTok. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, rate limits, or policies, or for content decisions they make (including rejecting, removing, or limiting the reach of your posts).
In particular, Envola uses YouTube API Services, so by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, and you can withdraw Envola’s access from the Google security settings page at any time.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload and publish. You grant us the limited permission necessary to store that content and transmit it to the platforms you select, solely to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and confirm that you hold the rights to it and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law or platform policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Envola to:
- publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a platform’s community guidelines or terms;
- send spam, engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or attempt to evade platform rate limits or restrictions;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the underlying infrastructure.
6. Availability and “as is” disclaimer
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed, that scheduled posts will run at an exact time, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Platform outages, revoked tokens, and API changes can prevent publishing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost content, or missed publications, arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the service or comply with a platform’s requirements.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
